The good stuff
Italian parsley is an often-overlooked herb that contains a crazy amount of vitamin K and is also known for its anti-bacterial and disease-fighting properties, thanks to a host of antioxidants.
How to eat?
Parsley is so much more than a garnish. Chop roughly and add to bean salads, frittatas and couscous salad or mix with chopped mint and olive oil to create a delicious drizzle for your chicken or steak.
