The good stuff
These commonly overlooked leaves are often made into an oil and are anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and reduce anxiety. The good news is that they can be eaten too!
How to eat?
Use rose geranium leaves to infuse sugar, oils, jellies, sorbets, syrups, baked goods and vinegars. You can also make a tea from the leaves, which is said to alleviate stress.
