Besides its arrowhead shape, the only other real difference between this and normal cabbage is that the leaves are less tightly packed and more delicate. Some say they taste slightly sweeter too. They’re packed with antioxidants and rich in vitamins K and C.
How to eat?
Treat slightly more carefully than normal cabbage but eat the same in slaws, salads and stir-fries.
