Otherwise known as Chinese white cabbage, pak choi is packed with antioxidants and vitamins like the rest of the cabbage family.
How to eat?
The base of the leaves adds a great crunch to broths while the tops are similar to spinach in flavour and texture. Use the leaves raw in salads or cut in half lengthways and char until golden brown.
