How to eat?
Make sure to thoroughly wash your celery and try to buy organic whenever you can. Eat raw in salads or dip into cottage cheese or yoghurt. Also, use the leaves in soups or stews for added nutrition. Organic celery stalks have been celebrated as a “superfood” by the celery juice movement.
