Otherwise known as zucchini or courgettes, baby marrows are part of the squash and cucumber family and are said to promote healthy digestion without being overly fibrous. Prevalent antioxidants are good for blood sugar management and promote healthy vision.

How to eat?

Pickle, roast or lightly steam and enjoy with almost any meal. If you manage to get the large variants you can also “spiralise” to create a vegetable pasta.
