How to eat?
With its sweet and tangy taste, tatsoi is a versatile ingredient that can be enjoyed raw or cooked in many recipes. Eat this green raw in salads if you like a bit more bite in your greens or cook them to pare down the spice. They can be used in a very similar way to kale and spinach, steamed with a bit of oil and seasoning or sautéed and added to stir- fries, soups or as a side dish.
