The good stuff
Wild rocket is slightly smaller than regular rocket and can be identified by its jagged, irregular leaves. It is generally more peppery in taste but contains the same amounts of calcium, potassium and folate – all good for muscle and bone health.
How to eat?
Add to salads, wraps and sandwiches for a nice little hit of pepper.
